Chapter 5
*Rachel's POV*
When we finally stopped laughing we lokoed around the room. "We did good." I said smiling. "Yeah..and it was fun." Joe said with a smile. He was so cute when he smiled. They all were.
I sat down on the floor and looked at the room. Kevin and Joe sat on both sides of me an Nick sat on the othe side of Joe.
We all sat there...the Mrs.Jonas and my mom walked in. My moms eyes got big as she looked at us. "What happened?" My mom asked. "Paint....walls....us....WAR!" Joe said with a smile. Mrs.Jonas started laughing and my mom giggled some...but she still had that i'm gonna killyou face on.
"Boys...go home take a shower and change your clothes." Mrs.Jonas said with a smile. "Okay..hold on." Kevin said standing up and grabbing a pencil. He got down on the floor and wrote his name in little letters. I grabbed it next, then Joe, and lastly Nick. We stood away and smiled. "Now we have our makes on it." Kevin said smiling. "Good idea." I said wrapping one arm around him.
"Boys..." Mrs.Jonas said with a smile. Nick quickly gave me a hug and then Joe. Then Kevin turned and smiled at me. He gave me a hug that lasted a good 10 seconds.
He let go and winked at me as he walkd out the door. I waved good bye and the left to go to there house.
When then were out of the house my mom turned and looked at me in an angry voice. "Look at your self!" She yelled. I jumped a little. "Mom calm down. Were okay and there old clothes anyway." I said in a low tone. "I don't care!" She yelled. "Why are you so mad?" I asked. She grabbed my arm and pulled me up in my room. She push me to the floor and hit it with a thomp. She was mad at me now. I didn't know what i did. I just laid on the floor. She only did this sometimes when she got mad. Other times she kept her temper.
"You...you drive me nuts. You act like a 4 year old sometimes and i can't take it." She said hitting me. "STOP!" I yelled. My dad came up and pulled her off of me. "Stop it...stop it. Rachel go get cleaned up." My dad said. I was now crying and i ran to the bathroom and slamed it and locked the door.
I lokoed at myself in the mirror. I had yeasr falling down my face and paint all over me. Along with red marks were my mom hit me. I took a shower and changed into some clean clothes. I was wairing jean pants and a fitted shirt that said "Let's hug it out" I scrunched my hair and walked down stair slowly. I looked into the kitchen. My dad was in there taking with my mom. My mom had her back turned and i snuck down and walked out the front door and quickly ran to the Jonas' house.
I knocked on the door and Mrs.Jonas answered, "Come on in sweetie. The boys are up stairs." She said showing me the stairs. "Thanks." I said softly and walking up stairs. I walked through the hallway and saw Joe walk out of the bathroom in a towel. "Ehum..." I said. Joe's face turned red and he saw me.
Kevin stepped out of his room and smiled at me. He was now clean. he grabbed my hand and pulled me into his room. I sat on his bed and looked at my feet.
"Hey..are you okay?" Kevin asked sitting next to me. "Yeah...i guess...i don't know." I said as tears came to my eyes. he lokoed at my arm, 'What happened to you arm? It wasn't there when we were at your house earlier." Kevin said running his fingers across it. A tear came down my face and he hugged me. "What happened?" He asked. "My mom just got mad. She only does it when she gets really mad. But it's okay..i'm fine...it just hurts a little. You don't have to worry about it." I said crying some ino his shoulder. "She did that? Don't you need to tell someone?" Kevin asked. "No..please don't tell anyone. I'm fine really." i said looking up at him.
"Knock Knock...." Joe said opening the door. I quickly dried my tears and Joe smiled. "Wat's going on?" He asked. "Nothing..." Kevin and i said at the same time. "Okay..." Joe said. Kevin stood up and walked to his closet. While he had his back turned Joe sat next to me and put his hand on top of mine. He winked at me and smiled. I ignored it Think he was just playing around. Kevin turned around and Joe quickly moved his hand.
Kevin didn't see anything so he just smiled. "Joe..come here please." Mrs.Jonas yelled from down stairs. "Coming mother!" Joe said quickly standing up. Kevin walked over and again sat next to me. "Do you wanna stay for a while?" He asked. "If you don't mind....But if you don't want me here..then i can leave..and i'll stay at my house in my room...but if you do..then..i can..." I was cut off by a kiss on the lips. I kissed him back and he heald his hands on my back. I put my hands on hims neck and kissed back.
"Uh hum....."Joe said standing at the door. Kevin and i quickly pulled away like nothing happened. Joe shook his head, "Mom wants you Kev." Kevin stood up and walkd out of the room.
I stood up and started to fallow when Joe grabbed my hand. He pulled me into his room and smiled at me. We stood in themiddle of his room and he walked over and closed his door. He walked back up to me and grabbed my hands.
"Joe...."
OHHHHHHH! Cliffy! What's she gonna say..what's Joe gonna do? What's gonn happen? Where is Nick? Why did Mrs.Jonas need Kevin? Did Mrs.Jonas even need Kevin? Does Joe like Rachel? IDK!..ok..i do..but yeah..comment comment!
