THE JONAS BROTHER HAVE A NEW CD OUT?!?! I didn't even know!!! AHHHH!
I feel out of the loop now!!! I'm gonna loook up the cd and buy it soon. WOW.

Chapter 4:



Three days later, Rachel turned twenty.
She THOUGHT we weren’t going to do anything for her birthday… but we planned a surprise party for her.
All her friends from school were hiding in ‘The Spot’
I told her I wanted to play a game of pool.
She didn’t know what was going on till we walked inside.
Everyone yelled, “SURPRISE!”
She nearly fell over, but Ben caught her just in time.
“You okay there?” He asked.
She blushed, “Yeah I’m fine.”
I kept to myself most of the night but Rachel was talking and laughing the whole time.
Her phone rang so I snuck outside and answered it.
“Hello?”
“Hey Rachel, it’s Joe.”
“Oh hey Joe, how are you? It’s Jamie by the way.”
“I’m good… uhm… could I talk to Rachel for a second?” he asked
“Sure. Hang on.”
I walked back inside and tapped Rachel on the shoulder. “Phone’s for you.”
She walked outside.

Ten minutes later I walked outside and she was just hanging up the phone.
“Well…?” I asked.
“What?”
“What’d he say?”
“Happy birthday… Did you get me a cake?” she asked, changing the subject too quickly.
“Yes, what else did he say?” I questioned.
“Nothing.” She half-smiled, but it quickly disappeared.
“Wait wait wait… what was that?” I asked pointing at her face.
She rolled her eyes “I have no idea what you’re talking about… anyways I’m going to get back to my party.” She said as she quickly walked back inside.
The second the door closed I flipped open my phone and called Nick.
“Hey beautiful what’s up?”
“Hey! Uhm… Joe just got off the phone with Rachel and when I asked her about it she was being really vague so I think there’s something going on and…”
“How much caffeine have you had?” he asked interrupting me.
“Who me? I don’t know… a lot." I laughed, "what are you up to right now?”
“I’m just hanging out with my brothers, working on a new song. You?”
“Oh… sorry I didn’t mean to interrupt.” I bit my lip, “So uhm… could you call me later and fill me in?”
“Don’t ever worry about interrupting… and yes I will.”
“Okay… well I won’t keep you any longer. Love you.”
“Love you too bye”
I hung up the phone and sighed.
I guess I’ll just have to be patient.
