Chapter 1

"Jamie. Just do the Frech manicure and pedi." I laughed.
"Okay." She giggled.
"This is the BEST none birthday present ever." Jamie smiled sitting in her chair.
Jamie and i had been best friends ever since i could remember. She's known the Jonas's longer than i have. But i loved them like i loved my family. We lived across the street from eachother and were now always together.
The Jonas' gave Jamie a spa day for 2 for her birthday. I was the first to say i would go.
"So how are you and Ian?" Jamie smiled.
"Good. He's traveling with his parents right now and will be driving here tomorrow to talk with me." I smiled.
"Rach. You think he might....pop the question?"
"OH! I Hope. It would make me the HAPPIEST senior ALIVE!"
"Nope. I think I would be the happiest senior alive...if Joe were to ask me out." Jamie sighed.
"Why don't you just tell him?!"
"Uh...He does NOT see me like that. Kisses on the head and letting me crying on his shoulder say 'Big Brother' not 'Boyfriend'."
"Ian did that to me for the LONGEST time. But look. I love him and he loves me." I said.
"Yeah....but...He's just....fit for you. Joe isn't for me." Jamie sighed.
"Not if i have anything to do with it." I said letting my nails and toes dry.
"You keep your mouth shut. If you do open it. I'll have to kill you. You ARE taking that secret to the grave." Jamie said shaking her finger at me.
"Relax." I laughed.
"Hey Rach?"
"Yes?" I asked.
"Does Ian still call you lass??" Jamie asked smiling. Ian was from Scottland. He lived most of his life there. But then moved to the states when he turned 19. I meet him at school and feel head over heals for him. ANd ever since then he's called my lass.
"Yeah." I giggled.
Jamie laughed, "Cute."

After our spa. We drove home. Joe met us, "Hey. How was your spa?" He asked.
"Joe...Thank you. Tell your family i love them very much." Jamie laughed getting out of the car.
"What about me? It was my idea to give it to you." Joe said giving her a puppy dog face.
"Thank you, Joe. I love you too."
"Am I your favorite?" He said giving her a toothy smile.
"YEs. Now go before i kick your butt back to Texas."
"OUCH." He said putting his hand over his chest. They both laughed and i rolled my eyes.
"Jamie?" Mrs. Joans called.
Jamie and I ran over to Mrs. Jonas and told her EVERYTHING about the spa. We told her we would take her before they had to leave for tour again.
I heard the door bell ring.
"OH LASS!!!!" Joe yelled.
"HE'S EARLY?!?!" I yelled and ran to the door and jumped in Ian's arms.
"My guess is that i'm missed?" He laughed in his scottish accsent.
"And how i've missed the accsent." I said running my fingers through his swoosh blonde hair and getting lost in his GORGEOUS bright blue eyes.
I kissed his lips softly.
"OH! Gag me with a spoon!" Joe said leaving us alone.
"Hey Ian!" Jamie yelled.
"Hey Jamie!" Ian yelled back.
"Can we talk?" He whispered putting me down.
My heart started skipping beats and he put me down and kissed my head as he pulled me out the door.
I saw Jamie run to the window and give me a thumbs up and Joe pulled down the curtons.
Ian pulled me to my house and sat me in his lap, "We need to talk. And i need you to be open minded."

Chapter 2

"Sweetie...I'm moving back to Scottland."
"What?" I whispered as my heart broke.
"My parents. They miss me and it's ben on my mind for a while now. I've made up my mind."
I felt the clour fall from my face and the room started to spin.
"Are you okay, Lass??" He asked taking my face in his hands.
"Yeahh...fine. You'll come visit me....right?" I whispered.
"Well....Lass....I think...we...well. We should break up." He said whispereing th last part.
That made me lose it. My heart dropped as i cried.
"Shhh...I'm sorry. But you have collage and i have my life in Scottland. I'm really sorry."
"No, no, no...please..." I cried.
"I'm-"
He stopped as i hid my face and cried in my hands. He rubbed my back and pulled me close to him. I cried on his shoulder untill i could cry no more.
"I have to go." I whispered standing up.
"Don't do anything stupid, lass." Ian said holding my waist.
"Ian-"
I felt him grab me and pulling me into his arm as our lips touch for probably the last time.
I let him kiss me and i kissed him back. I heald on to his shirt not wanting to let him go. When he pulled away and shook his head, the tear started flowing again.
With on quick motion i was out the door and soon in my car speeding down the road.
My phone started ringing.
"Hello?" My voice cracked giving away the pain inside of me.
"Rach? What happened? Tell me now!" Jamie yelled.
"He broke up with me. He's moving back to Scottland." I cried.
"Okay. Just turn around-"
"Jamie. I just need a nice long drive to get my mind off of Ian-"
The car start spinning and it flipped twice and i screamed and dropped my phone. I felt the air bag hit me and knock the wind out of me, and i slipped into blackness.

*Jamie's POV*

"Jamie. I just need a nice long drive to get my mind off of Ian-"
I heard a crash and Rachel scream.
"RACHEL!" I yelled.
I didn't here her reply.
"Oh my gosh! NO!" I yelled.
"JOE!!!" I yelled grabbing the keys.
"WHat is it?!" He asked grabbing my arms.
"Rachel! She was in...i don't know what happen. I heard a crash and her scream. I think she's in an acsadent. Get Ian!" I yelled.
He pulled me in his arms and kissed my head lightly and then raced out the door to get Ian. I felt my legs get weak. The room started slinning before me.
God, keep her safe. I love her so much. I can't loose her. She's my best friend and my sister. Protect her.
I prayed silently.
Joe pulled me into his arms and lead me to the car.
Keep her safe.

Chapter 3

"Rach." I whispered holding her hand.
They got her to a hostpital and said she was in a coma.
"Lass..i'm sorry." Ian cried, "Come back to us, please." He whispered.
Joe was out side yelling at the doctors for them to do something.
He walked in and came over and sat next to me.
"I can't loose her." I cried.
Joe pulled me to him and let me cry on his chest and we both heald her hand and Ian heald her other hand.
"She'll be fine. In two weeks she'll be running around and her normal self."
We sat there for hours and hours hoping she would wake up.
The doctor said she was in a deap coma but Joe wouldn't let them say anything more.

*1 Week Later*

The doctors said she was getting better but i couldn't tell. We were there everyday hope for her to wake up.
"Joe...i don't how much long i can look at her and wait for her to wake up." I said crying again.
Joe pulled me in his lap and heald me close.
We sat there for a while and then Ian's head shot up, "Lass?" He whispered.
"What are talking about Ian?" I asked.
"She sqweezed my hand. I know it!" Ian said standing up and leaning over her.
"Rach?" I asked standing up and grabbing her hand.
She sqweezed my hand, "OH MY GOD! RACHEL!" I yelled.
"Sh. Can you open your eyes?" Ian asked.
Joe stood over me looking at Rachel.
Her eye flittered open and she looked around the room.
"Rachel!" I cried.
"Jamie...what happened?" She said pulling on of her hands free to rub her head.
"Lass. I'm so sorry. It was all my fault. I didn't-"
"WHAT DID YOU DO?!" Joe yelled.
"Joseph." I said whipping around and pulling my hands on his chest to warn him.
"YOU BROKE UP WITH HER DIDN'T YOU!" Joe yelled.
"STOP THAT!" Rachel yelled. She heald her throat and cried, "I need water."
"Lass..I'm really-"
"We'll talk about when i get out of here. Don't worry about it now." She whispered.
Ian leaned down and kissed her head.
"Not statisfied." She choked. He leaned down once more and kissed her lips.
"Better." She laughed. But it was her joyfull laugh that made you want to laugh. It was a painfull laugh that made me want to cry.

*3 Days Later*

Rachel made a amazing recovery. The doctors said she was doing worse. But she looked great in my opinion.
"I can't wait to see her smiled when she sees these floors. She loves pink roses." Ian smiled.
I smiled too as we all walked in with a gift. I had a box of chocolates Joe had a teddy bear and Ian had the roses.
"What are we gonna tell them?" The doctor said as we walked in.
"Doctor." The nurse said pointing at us. I had a smile on my face, that was untill i saw the doctors frown.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"2:03 her heart stopped for no reason. We trying to bring her back...but her heart just wouldn't start back up."

i plan on posting more tomorrow. glad u like it so far and sorry i had to end it at that. lol.

Chapter 4

"What?" Ian said in his Scottish accsent.
I felt the colour drain from my face.
"I don't believe you." I said pushing past the doctors and running into Rachel's room.
"Jamie." Joe called running after her.
"Where did you put her!" Jamie screamed.
"Her parents came by and picked her up." The Doctor said.
"Excuse me?" Joe said grabbing me and pulling me to his chest.
"I said-"
"I know what you said!" Joe yelled.
"Her mom died last year and she's never met her dad!" I mumbled crying on Joe.
"Are you telling me they were fake?" The Nurse said.
"Possabilaty!" Joe yelled at them.
"Where is my lass?" Ian asked calmly.
"Did they say where they're taking her?" Joe asked.
"She's DEAD!" The Doctor yelled signing some papers.
"No." I mumbled pressing my face closer to Joe's chest.
"Come on Jamie." Joe whispered kissing my head.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and walked me out to the car.
Ian followed slowly behind.
"Ian are coming?" I asked as Joe got in the car.
"No...i need a walk. Got somethings on my mind."
Those word put my in tears, "Okay." I choked.

I laid down on Joe's bed. I sat up and grabbed his pillow and cried.
"Jamie."
I looked up and saw Joe standing in his room looking at me.
"I know...she can't be dead. There has to be something we can do." I cried.
Joe climbed up on his bed and looked at me, "She is gone. And we have to deal with it. I know you love her. and she was like my little sister. But she's gone." 
"No she's not." I mumbled
"Yes she is!" Joe yelled.
I loked up at Joe. He had never raised his voice at me like that, "I'm sorry." He whispered.
I just shook my head.
"Jamie...Look at me." Joe said.
"Jamie." Joe said again.
He then grabbed ahold of me. I looked at him and leaned back some.
His lips suddenly pushed against mine making me fall back on Joe's bed. Joe came down with me as our lips moved together.
Does he like me more than i thought he did? What Rachel right?
All these questions ran through my head, but I never stopped kissing Joe.
