CHAPTER 4
“So you really gave someone a hotdog split?” Cheyenne asked in awe. “Yea, Can you call my mom? I want to go home,” I sighed. Lanie walked into the room. She started listening to our conversation. “Sure, I would except, she is on her way. To pick both me and you up,” Chey chuckled. I glared at her. Let me guess… You have not only invited yourself over, but also Demi and Jamie? And Lanie doesn’t want Raz to be lonely so she will be coming, too. All when I just want to sleep,” Cheyenne turned red. “I never said anything ‘bout Lanie,” I could help but smile. “I know but Lanie would be in the car. You know it, too. You never said anything about Jamie or Demi, either right?” I shut my eyes again. Cheyenne was speechless.
The doorbell rang. Lanie jumped up and yelled, “I GOT IT!” Raz and my mom were standing there. Raz walked right in, Mom on the other hand stood there awkwardly. “Come in, Mom,” I told her. “Are you okay?” I was getting tired of hearing that question. “Yeah, Mom, I’m fine. Can we go now?” She understood that I meant it and helped me up. “Jamie and Demi are at the house,” Mom said as I started falling. I was beginning to figure out how to balance so I could stay standing. “I think I can get it from here,” I told her. “You sure?” Mom said. “Yes. I am almost 13 years old, I think I can walk myself,” I started walking. Very slowly I made my way to the truck. I was fine until I made it to the stairs. I found the easiest way was to scoot down on my butt. I stood up and thought that I should of stayed on the ground. The swift movement made it worse. I stood there until Cheyenne came out. “What are you doing?” She said. “Trying to walk. It’s not working,” Cheyenne looked at me. Hmmm… Here’s an idea, try moving your feet,” I scoffed. “I am not in the mood for this. Just help me to the truck,” Then I remembered that our truck was lifted. This was going to be a problem.
i made this up as i went... its not that great but tell me what you think
