My mom woke me up telling me the neighbors were outside and wanted to play.
“What?” I asked groggily.
“Those boys… they want you to come out and play.”
I sat up quickly and smiled. “Tell them I’ll be down in a minute, and by the way I’m 15 now mom… we don’t ‘play’ we hang out… sheesh!”
“Oh… sorry.” She laughed and left my room.
I threw on my cutest outfit and ran down the stairs, almost falling as I went out the front door.
I hurried across the street.
“Hey guys!” I said slightly out of breath from running.
“Hey Jamie!” they smiled.
Nick, Joe and Kevin were my best friends in the world.
We hung out all the time.
“So what are you guys up to today?” I asked eagerly, knowing they always had something fun planned.
“Well…” Joe started.
“We’re playing at a local concert tonight!” Nick said enthusiastically.
Joe smacked him the arm.
“Ow!” he yelped.
“I was just telling her that…” Joe said slightly frustrated.
I rolled my eyes, then realized what Nick had just said.
They were playing at a concert!
“Oh my gosh! That’s so cool!”
“Yeah we can’t wait!” Joe was hyper… as usual.
He was always full of so much energy.
I don’t think I’d ever understand it.
“Can I come?” I asked.
They just stared at me for a second.
“You may be the only person paying attention, you kinda have to be there.” Joe laughed.
“It’ll be small… like 20 people or so… but still… it’s our first show!” Kevin smiled.
“Sweet! I can’t wait!”

The day flew by and it was concert time.
I smiled and hugged my three best friends.
“Good Luck!” I whispered.
They were all a little nervous, but the second they hit the stage I could’ve sworn they’d been doing this all their lives.
They were born for this… that much was apparent.
When they got off stage I tackled them with hugs.
“That was awesome!” I practically yelled.
“Thanks.” They said in unison.
Mrs. Jonas drove us back home.
They headed back inside their house, but I stayed outside a little bit longer.

I sat down on my driveway and stared at the sky.
It had been an awesome day.
My best friends were amazing and I knew it wouldn’t be long before the whole world knew about them.
I got lost in thought, and just stared at the stars that began to appear.

The door across the street opened.
Joe walked over and sat down next to me.
I was always nervous around him.
I would never tell anyone but I’d had a crush on him for a while.
Something about him just stood out to me.
Maybe it was just his silly antics, but he’d always caught my attention, far more than his brothers ever could.
He didn’t even have to try.
“So what’d you think of the show?” he asked, breaking my train of thought.
“It was awesome! Seriously I loved it!” I smiled.
“I think you might be our only fan.” He laughed.
“Yeah right.” I laughed, “Didn’t you see the girls at the concert…? I think you already have a fan club.”
He rolled his eyes. “Just what I need… a bunch of girls stalking me.”
I was rolling in laughter.
“Seriously… it could happen… I mean what if we get so famous we need a bodyguard to keep the all the screaming girls away?”
“Hopefully that won’t happen.” I said seriously.
“Why would you be jealous?” he smirked.
“What? No…” I blushed. “I just wouldn’t want you to forget about me, famous people have a habit of forgetting their friends…”
“I’ll never forget you Jamie.” he smiled, and I think he meant it.

I'm working on the 3 chapter, but I'm trying to make it perfect. 
It should be done soon though.
