Miley tells MTV that she's super sorry for her spoof on Demi and Selena in the article they mention that Miley told Popstar! Magazine about the whole thing:

"We were just, like, having fun. ... They have, like, a YouTube account, and so at the end of our video we did put 'Go to their YouTube.' ... We were kind of supporting their channel, but also being silly because they were being funny, and that's our thing — to be funny. ... Elvis says, 'Imitation is the greatest form of flattery,' so we were imitating them being funny."

Did you go to Penn's Landing to see Demi perform? From what we hear it was an amazing performance. Many artists performed at the event including our friend Tiffany Giardina! Here's a video sent to us of Demi's performance:

For some reason MTV decided to catch up with the rest of us and post a blog about Miley and Mandy's video parody of Selena and Demi's vlog. In the article they basically talk about the online feud between Miley and Mandy vs Demi and Selena. In the article they refer to the following video comparison that was uploaded to YouTube this week:

Is it me, or for some reason has MTV been focusing on the Jonas Brothers, and the rest of the Disney talent when they ignored them for so long? What do you think?

In a recent interview with Miley Cyrus she discussed wanting to mature her fan base with her new album "Breakout", and discussed who is poised to be the next Miley, Demi or Selena Gomez. Miley said they shouldn't be the next Miley, but define their own image:

“I think they should be the next Selena, the next Demi … [and] make their own way.”
