It was announced today that there will be a 3D movie with footage from the Jonas Brothers' "Burnin' Up Tour" which obviously means that our girl Demi will be in it also! An article on PR News Wire gives us the deets:

"Jonas Brothers, Hollywood Records' red-hot recording artists and the popular stars of several Disney Channel programs, are headed to the big screen in 2009 with a Disney Digital 3-D(TM) feature film that will include footage from their upcoming "Burning Up" concert tour, it was announced today by Oren Aviv, president, Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production."

In Popstar!s blog, I found this adorable picture of Demi chilling with Daisy duck at the DC Games red carpet event!

Demi WILL be performing in the DC Games concert tonight! Good Luck!

(too bad we have to wait like 3 months to see it )

Also, Demi is said to be performing in the Six Flags Summer Thursday's concert series, check back for more information!

ABC News has an interesting article on the girls that are lined up to take Miley's place as Queen of the Tween Scene!  Guess who's in the lineup following her Best Friend? : 

"Lovato's another member of the Disney empire. The 15-year-old stars in the Disney Channel original movie "Camp Rock," premiering in June and poised to be as big a sensation as "High School Musical." "Anyone that's involved in 'Camp Rock,' which is like the next 'High School Musical,' is looking at becoming the next Miley Cyrus," King said. Lovato also happens to be best friends with Gomez.
