Disney Channel is hosting "Totally New Year" at 6PM on Wednesday, December 31st. The Wizards of Waverly Place cast and Sonny with a Chance cast will take part as well as other Disney stars. The hosts will count down the fans favorite 'episodes, music videos, and more!!
