That's a great honor I'm so proud of her.

And I'm just wondering, not to sound weird or anything, but she's got a large chest! that just kinda caught me off guard. i'm not trying to sound weird to anyone, that just was freaky when I was looking at her dress.

I feel that everyone needs to become a stronger person. Sarah is obvisly not letting her sickness slow her down... And I hope everyone else doesn't let anything slow you down.... whether is people telling your got good enough... or somthing... you are good enough you live your dream and not give up on what you believe in! wow demi... congrats and yes her dress makes her chest seem HUGE. haha not to offend anyone but i mean she was just dressing nice for an event and the dress looked real nice on her. so i dont see it as much of a big deal... congrats demi!! and keep rocking!! ♥ you!
