In a recent interview with Miley Cyrus she discussed wanting to mature her fan base with her new album "Breakout", and discussed who is poised to be the next Miley, Demi or Selena Gomez. Miley said they shouldn't be the next Miley, but define their own image:

“I think they should be the next Selena, the next Demi … [and] make their own way.”
