MSNBC.MSN.com posted an article all about Camp Rock fashion and it talks about Demi's Character's (Mitchie) style and even a little bit of her own!

"The cabins, lake and woodsy setting of “Camp Rock” is like many real-life summer getaways, but the campers are all aspiring rock stars and they travel with a flashier wardrobe.

The exception is Demi Lovato's character Mitchie Torres, a talented musician with humble roots and wardrobe to match. Alyson Stoner is her pal Caitlyn Geller, whose style is best described as “'80s wannabe.”

In real life, 15-year-old Demi is a little more high-maintenance. She cringes when she thinks of the clothes she brought to camp back in the sixth grade: seven pairs of shorts and seven T-shirts.

“Now I'd pack 30 shirts and 30 shoes," she says. "I'd need a separate suitcase for shoes and leggings.”

She's a fan of hats, Ray-Ban sunglasses and “crazy-color jeans, especially high-waisted ones.” She adds: “I'm not a basic black girl, and you'll never catch me in sweats.”

"Demi Lovato recalls with delight "my first -- and my only! -- fan mob scene."

The 15-year-old had dropped by a friend's autograph session at a Disney Studios event to say hi when suddenly a little girl shrieked her name. Within seconds, hundreds of kids clutching pens and autograph books had surrounded her.

"I was like, `What! How do you even know me?" says Lovato, rising partly out of her chair, tossing up her hands in disbelief and bursting into laughter.

You may see an ad for Camp Rock. For the first time Disney is testing advertizing for one of their TV movies at the theater. Disney has partnered with Screenvision to place ads for Camp Rock on the big screen.

A 30 second ad will run May 23 through June 19 before all G and PG rated films, including “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian” and “Kung Fu Panda.”
